The service
Docqon extracts data from documents you submit and, where you approve it, posts that data into a system of record you nominate.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you approve. Automated posting happens only at thresholds you set, and any document failing a validation check requires a person to approve it.
Free plan
The free plan allows two invoices per organization per day. Limits may change with notice.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability and will agree specific commitments in an enterprise contract. The free plan is provided as-is.
Intellectual property
Your documents and extracted data remain yours. The software remains ours.
