What we hold

The invoices and supporting documents you send us, the data extracted from them, the corrections your reviewers make, and the account details of your users.

Why we hold it

To provide the service: to extract data, to show you accuracy over time, and to post approved invoices into your system of record. Nothing more.

What we never do

We do not train models on your documents. We do not sell data. We do not share one organization's data with another — isolation is enforced in the data layer.

Retention and deletion

Your documents remain until you delete them or close the account, after which they are removed from live systems. Ask us and we will confirm the schedule for your plan in writing.

Sub-processors

We use infrastructure and model providers to run the service. We will name them for your security review on request, and under contract they may not use your content for training.
